I am probably the most meticulous and particular customer someone could ever have and they were patient and accommodating. “We had one section of our fence replaced and the gate to the backyard. Throughout the project, I had multiple positive experiences that I list below. Overall though, Right Now Fencing does very good work and the communication with Melanie was even better. Thanks! 1. During estimation phase, Melanie saw that I had some grading issues with the pathway leading to the yard. She recommended we get that addressed and then have the door and fence replaced. I liked that a lot - there was no pressure to sell, and she was doing the right thing by a potential client. 2. During scheduling of the work, I was given a date that was not immediate. While I had to wait a few weeks, that allowed me to get my HOA/city approval etc. More importantly, this means that the company is legit and is busier than their competition which was also a plus in my book. 3. During installation, the crew confirmed with me at the start exactly what they were doing, and once during the install - basically any questions they had for actions that would be expensive to reverse, they made sure to confirm. Super efficient and professional. 4. Cleanup was prompt and courteous as well. The payment was not requested until after cleanup was done i.e. nothing up front, full payment when all work was done.”

“Melanie responded to our quote request immediately. She evaluated the fence and returned a fair quote with no request to pay up front. Some fence contractors asked for as much as 50% up front. Once she set the date for install everything was handled from calling utility services to having a dumpster delivered. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and worked through some brutal heat and humidity to get the job done in one day because we had dogs. “Firstly, shout out to Melanie for being in contact with me through the beginning to the end. Melanie is a straight shooter and tells-it-as-it-is. I was instantly gravitated towards right now fencing through her professional demeanor. This company wasn't the only company I got quotes for and the quotes were all different but along the same ball park but right now fence wasnt the cheapest, however the constant contact and her willingness to earn my business is what made them stand apart from the rest. As in any project there were minor hiccups, mines was that the posts weren't exactly what I was expecting from our initial conversation, rather than arguing whose fault it was, right now fence decided to take action and make sure I was satisfied to the end. I posted some pictures for reference. The gates were reinforced with cedar and handmade to fit my back yard and it made all the difference. One caveat is I wish I would have gotten better locking hardware but this isn't their fault but the perfectionist in me. Overall stellar workmanship. I am sure it will stand the rest of time.”

The job started on time, she helped coordinate a needed tree service and her team demolished the old fence, filled a dumpster and worked amazingly fast/efficiently to construct the new fence, despite tree service and weather delays. Right Now is not the cheapest, but Melanie did everything to make the process as easy as possible. Other companies wanted us to have utilities marked and bushes trimmed -- Right Now handled everything! John (crew chief) was very helpful in advising on the best placement of the gate -- the prior install was awkward and difficult to access off the driveway. The fence looks amazing, and my backyard neighbor is extremely happy with the "finished" side -- adds to her oasis!
